The Levantine cuisine is one of the healthiest and oldest cuisines in the world. It convinces with a combination of lots of vegetables, less meat and aromatic spices. Corresponding to our Israeli roots, many of our establishments offer the diverse small dishes for sharing. According to the Levantine tradition, culinary treat takes place in company: family-style, while sharing various specialties in small bowls at the table, called mezze.
